Drum Blast Machine

Models DFRK 900/1300/1600

The machine is suitable for cleaning as well as for shot-peening of mass production components / bulk goods. The type DFRK is designed as batch shot blasting machine, but by using corresponding charging and discharging devices the machine can be integrated into a continuous production line.

The shot blasting machine type DFRK shot blasts the parts within the inclined drum by one impellor wheel turbine positioned on the charging door. The bottom of the drum is designed in such a way, that revolution of the batch in longitudinal and radial direction is guaranteed. For charging the parts into the drum the charging door with the built-on turbine is opened upwards. For discharging the parts the bottom of the drum is opened downwards, so that the parts get onto a vibration conveyor chute.

  • Design without foundation
  • Exchangeable wear plate cladding of the drum
  • Design of the machine is for easy maintenance
  • Short blasting times due to optimum arrangement of high capacity turbine
